Return & Exchange Policy
It's our policy to make every effort to insure a quality product is delivered to you. If you are not satisfied, we will return or exchange your purchase within 10 days from the date the order was delivered. The purchased item(s) must be unopened, unused, and returned in its original packaging. Shipping charges are nonrefundable and are paid by the purchaser. For exchange requests, we will send the replacement item (s) after receiving the returned item(s). Please contact customer service for an authorization code ; we will only accept returns or exchanges with prior authorization.

In the unlikely event the gift box package or any item (s) in the gift box are damaged during transit, or the incorrect gift box/ item (s) were sent, we will be happy to replace the unused item(s) without charge to you, please return the item(s) within 10 days from the date the item(s) was delivered. If you have received a faulty item, we will refund or replace the faulty item. Please return the product within 10 days from the date the order was delivered. Please ensure your order is shipping to a secure location. Once a package is delivered to the shipping address provided, we can not be responsible for lost or stolen packages.
