FAQ

  • How will my product arrive ?
    Your product will be delivered in a white keepsake box, wrapped in clear cellophane and tied with a navy blue gros grain ribbon. For holiday gfits, we offer the option for an alternate ribbon fitting for the holiday. If you requested a gift message, our gift card will be included in the box. There will be no packing slip or receipt included. Your order confimation by email is your receipt.
  • How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
    Standard Ground delivery via UPS can take anywhere from 1 to 5 business days in the United States, depending on the location for delivery. Next day or 2 business day deliveries take one or 2 days as indicated. All products are shipped within 5-10 days from the day the order is placed. If there is an unexpected delay, you will be notified by email.
  • Are there shipping restrictions ?
    Our packages are shipped via UPS. We currently do not ship to PO Boxes and do not ship outside of the United States.
  • How do I track my package ?
    We will email the tracking number for the shipment after an order is placed.
  • Are orders sent out with substituted items ?
    We reserve the right to make substitutions as necessary to ensure timely delivery of your gifts. On the rare occasion we do make these substitutions, items replaced will be of equal or greater value and thoughtfully done.
  • Can I make changes to my order ?
    After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. The order confirmation will include the order number, order receipt, estimated delivery, and shipping information. Please email us to make changes to your order; we will do our best to assist you. Once the order has been submitted for shipment, we will not have the ability to make changes.
